Abstract The concept of childhood, and particularly considering the social cultural construction has not received enough focus in ongoing debates on globalization its consequences. Yet, essential elements are omnipresent guise new discourses around which have become resonant transnationally. A lot international treaties or conventions, such as United Nations Children’s Rights Convention (1989) shape national local realities children worldwide based global conceptualisations mainly western ideals what it means to be a child. Applying notions childhood different contexts world often does consider ideologies indirectly more harm than good. Childhood constitutes an very delicate nexus continuously changing realities. Since occupies symbolic space where consequences can reflected, cannot left unconsidered. Not only comprehends basis connection, but is main mechanism recreation. Building postcolonial critical whiteness studies, paper tries analyse few aspects relating westernization child ideal presenting overview impacts policies towards shaping childhoods.
